Design Critique

Individual design ownership is an anti-pattern. The team owns the design, not the person who drew it. Design critiques is about learning together, increasing design quality and adhering to team decisions, not about individual competence or self-worth. Be kind, suggest improvements, help new team members. The design is shared and everyone is responsible for the quality.
